20 Israeli heads of municipalities are to attend an intensive one-year executive training program at Tel Aviv University’s Center for City Leadership. They include the heads of Arab Umm al-Fahm, Bedouin Kseifa, Druze Dalit El-Karmel, Judea Binyamin region, and Bnei Brak.
