Seinfeld star Jason Alexander learned about cooking and peacemaking with chef Moshe Basson, owner of The Eucalyptus, a biblical themed restaurant in Jerusalem. Basson, is a member of “Chefs for Peace,” an association that brings together Israeli and Palestinian Arab chefs.
