Hummus beer – whatever next?

Israel’s Meadan Brewery has a particularly niche operation, producing beer that is both gluten-free and made with chickpeas, dates and buckwheat. Chickpeas are also the main ingredient of hummus and falafel – well-known traditional Middle-Eastern foods.
